Reservation Process

  1. Initial Inquiry:

    • Clients can submit service inquiries via our website, email, phone, or through a scheduled consultation.

    • A digital marketing consultant will assess the client’s requirements and provide a customized proposal and service plan.

  2. Proposal Approval:

    • Once the proposal is reviewed and approved by the client, a formal agreement or contract is shared for signing.

    • The agreement outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

  3. Booking Confirmation:

    • A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the signed agreement and an initial advance payment (typically 60%-100% of the total project cost, depending on the service package).

    • A confirmation email with project timelines and onboarding details is sent to the client.

  4. Onboarding & Kickoff:

    • A kickoff meeting is scheduled to discuss the strategy, gather necessary assets, and align on project goals.

    • The project is then moved into the execution phase as per the agreed timeline.


Cancellation Process

  1. Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Clients may cancel their reserved services by providing a written notice (email or official letter).

    • Cancellation requests made:

      • More than 7 days before project start or month start date: Full refund of advance payment minus a 15% administrative fee.

      • Within 7 days of project start date: 50% refund of the advance payment.

      • After project commencement: No refund is provided, but the remaining deliverables can be adjusted or paused based on mutual agreement.

  2. Company-Initiated Cancellations:

    • The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone services due to unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance from the client.

    • In such cases, a full or partial refund will be issued, depending on the stage of the project and work completed.

  3. Non-Refundable Charges:

    • Any third-party costs (e.g., paid ads, any subscriptions, influencer payments, any online purchase for client project ect.) already incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

  4. Refund Timeline:

    • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
